The large stones and long handle make for easy and efficient grinding of your grains. This appliance is easy to operate and will supply the desired amount of flour or cereal without great effort. The Country is beautifully designed with a wood base and metal hopper. It has an infinite coarseness selection feature - which is easily adjusted with a turn of the adjustment knob - enabling you to produce a wide range of ground product from fine flour for baking, to coarse ground or cracked grains for cereals. The self sharpening basalt and magnesite stones enable coarse grinding of oily seeds, or fine ground oily seeds when ground on a 1:1 ratio with wheat or rye. The Country can be used to grind your choice of grains or seeds as small as millet through to the size of corn. Once the steel table mount is securely fastened to counter or table top, your output at 80 revolutions per minute is 80g fine to 130g coarse. Model CH (product No. 1112) - - This manually-operated mill grinds cereals the size of wheat and smaller from fine to coarse output. This mill has the facility to grind very small quantities of flour but is especially designed as an efficient mill for cracking grains for your breakfast cereals. Oily seeds can be ground alone on either a medium or coarse setting and on a fine selection when mixed 1:1 with wheat or rye. This model is equipped with an accessory table mount bracket. The grinding stones are constructed of basalt seated in magnesite and are easily adjusted for coarseness externally with the adjustment knob. Output at 80 revolutions per minute = 30 grams fine to 60g coarse; the mill’s casing is constructed of high density plastic. It can also be used as a peppermill. Oily seeds can be ground on a medium or coarse setting when mixed 1:1 with wheat or rye. The grinding stones are constructed of basalt seated in magnesite. Output at 80 revolutions per minute = 30 grams fine to 60g coarse; the mill is constructed of beech wood.

Campo (product Nos. 1910 & 1900) - The Schnitzer stainless steel roller is designed for the preparation of fresh rolled or flaked oats, wheat, rye, rice, spelt, barley, buckwheat or other grains the size of wheat or smaller. This roller can also be used to flake oily seeds
Also available with STONE rollers. This roller is designed for flaking oats and softer grains only. 
Both are perfect for making your own muesli, porridge or baking garnish without requiring the use of steam or heat rolling. For ease of use, these mills are equipped with table mounts. The two revolving rollers in this appliance are mounted to a lovely beech wood finished frame. Flaking output at 80 revolutions per minute = 110 grams of flakes (oat). Length with handle 18.5 cm (7.3"), width 12 cm (4.73"), height 25 cm (9.85").
